Seems like some Megapath/Covad DNS servers are non-responsive:

64.105.172.26
64.105.172.27

We have dozens of end-users down that utilize these, so they are
effectively down. Anyone from Megapth/Covad alive today?

Thanks,
-Bobby

If at all possible, it's wise to use a third or fourth recursive resolver
outside your ISP's AS, especially if they are in a single netblock. The DNS
resolver typically choses the fastest one, but if the ISPs own are down or
inaccessible, it's better to have something than nothing.
